Ahem... "... male populace..." Sorry, I couldn't resist. And the joke is in the subtext, not the image.

Two ideas for the male version:
Cosplay Always assume the hottest guys are gay.
or
Cosplay Always assume the hottest guys are girls.

See I KNEW I spelled something wrong, maybe I can make a plee for a spell checker on forum.
Taking from the program book idea. Hmhm I dont know who your model is but if she doesnt mind being in print we could do several posters like this one taking from the theme of the motivational poster idea and sell them at the con.
LH
PS Bug I dont need more sweets. Gods know I am going to be really fat after the holidays, I just cant seem to resist all the good food.

If you don't have permission for the picture, I can always line up a cosplayer or two for new ones, Ichidan, among others.

I don't know who the model is. I found that picture a long time ago in an image search, and it just happened to suit this joke just fine. About all I know is she was at Otakon 2004. I'd say find a model of your own, and then run with the joke. PS - I was at Fandemonium 2004, for anyone who remembers. I'm going to see if I can make 2007.

You know, that image would actually be really cool on a black t-shirt. Just a thought. You'd have to find a good screenprinter or dye-sub place.

There are black/dark shirt transfer sheets, printable with an inkjet printer. They're actually a thin sheet of partially cured plastisol 'ink'.
The best way to get those and the other type for white/light shirts onto a shirt is find a shop with a heat press that'll use it to do it instead of trying to get it done nicely with an iron.
Do NOT use any Brother brand inkjet printer on either type of transfer. Their ink bleeds badly and is in no way water resistant. If you set the printer to lay down enough ink, it bleeds and spreads at the edges- especially black. About half the ink comes out the first time the shirt's washed.
Haven't had such problems with Canon or HP, especially the HP Vivera ink on the dark shirt transfers.
