In the last two days a series of events has happened al culminating with sir kenshin drawing on my face with a marker. This has led me and mugen to the lovely idea of a great and mighty pen battle..
We could have dj lain play music while we have war of senseless washable marker swinging and people coloring with many markers hidden about the room for the availability to get more than 1 marker.. all of which would last 1 hr..
All that would be needed is washable markers and goggles... all of which i can come up with..

This could be risky and the NCC might frown upon it. It sounds too senseless as it is. Unless you have a specific system for this laid out, I don't think it would pass.
(now... There IS a game like this. It's a game played in japan around new years, similar to badminton, except with solid wood paddles and a special ball or seed thingy which i need to look into more.. played in kimonos and such.
If you drop the ball, the other player marks your face in a small but subtle method until there's nothing to mark, really.)

Sounds like a good idea, though we would need to use washable markers as people could lose there jobs or get in trouble in school if they showed up with a face covered with perminent marker.

 PEN BATTLE YAY...  . I am going to be wary and bring washclothes..by a box of rags or something from auto zone to wash markers off..only to get drawn on again Yay..sounds fun |

you will only score points for actually drawing something..
nothing too bad though..

well I don't think I'll have a problem pinning him, it's catching him that'll be a bit more of a feat. I'm big enough if I can get my hand on him it's over, but damn is that guy spry!

Alright so.
Change of plans for this event. Here's how it's gonna go now ... k?
We can only supply 20 people with a marker, goggles, and a t-shirt. However, if you can bring your own, you are more than welcome to participate.
Please do not aim to draw on people's faces, the point is going to be, how many marks end up on a persons shirt. The rules and what not will be better explained at the time of the event.
All the same, we have a draw-bag for the 33 people to draw from, 20 of which will win. And people get to keep the random knick-knack they draw from the bag. (as well as the 20 that get the shirt, pen, and goggles, can keep those... we do not want them back.)
It's only a 30 minute event, so only 20 minutes will be for attacking other players.
The winner and loser will be decided by taking the top 3 most marked up people, and the top 3 least marked people. three judges will determine the top 3. THen, anyone that stuck around to watch the mayhem, as well as the people that did not make it, will get to majority vote for the most marked, and least marked. Both win something. One prize is only slightly more humiliating than the other.

I already stated that if you bring your own supplies, you're in. ^_^ I only can bring enough to have the option of 33 peopel attempting to play.
And no, you do not have to wear goggles, but please don't you dare try to hold anyone responsible if you get jammed in the eye.
